Highs will climb into the lower 90s under partly cloudy skies. Heat index values will drop back some, allowing the "feels like" temperatures to be in the mid- to upper 90s.

Any storms that develop today will likely be carried inland along the east coast sea breeze. Coverage will be minimal as most places will remain dry. Skies will stay partly cloudy into the overnight hours. Lows will fall to the mid-70s area-wide.
Wednesday will bring similar weather, with highs in the low 90s and spotty late day storms. By Thursday, rain chances will go up, lasting through the rest of the week. An upper-level area of low pressure will approach from the east, spreading increased moisture across Central Florida. Unsettled weather will result through Saturday. Lower rain chances will resume late in the weekend. Highs each day will stay close to the seasonal average in the low 90s; coastal areas will run in the upper 80s to near 90 each afternoon.
As for the tropics, the fourth named storm of the Atlantic Hurricane Season formed early on Tuesday morning. Tropical Storm Dolly is in the Bay of Campeche and moving northwest toward the east coast of Mexico. This system poses no threat to Florida. There are a few other weak tropical waves in the Central Atlantic but they are not in a favorable environment for development.
