The White House says the majority of Floridians who purchased health plans through the Affordable Care Act will actually see their out-of-pocket costs decrease.

Officials say those decreases will be most noticeable in larger cities such as Orlando, and Miami.

While that's the opposite of what state officials said earlier this week, the Obama Administration says Orlando alone will see a 12 percent decline in the Affordable Care Act's silver plan.

When health plans were first made available through the Affordable Care Act, an estimated 73 percent of Floridians purchased plans at the silver level.
