A Seminole County husband and wife are out of jail after a small marijuana growing operation was found inside their home.

Around 6:30 a.m. Wednesday, Oviedo police executed a search warrant at the home of Yohandy and Tiffany Martin on the 1000 block of Burnett Street, in the Alafaya Woods subdivision.

Police said they found four marijuana plants, along with an estimated four pounds of high grade processed marijuana. Officers seized honey oil, equipment to cultivate and process the marijuana, paraphernalia to consume and sell the drug, and a loaded, unsecured semi-automatic hand gun.

The couple's three children were turned over to Child Protective Services.

The Martins were arrested and charged with possession over 20 grams of marijuana with intent to sell, cultivation of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, child neglect and unsafe storage of a firearm.

They were booked into the Seminole County jail and have since bonded out.
