A man is facing theft charges, for stealing about $20,000 in copper coil.
Melbourne Police say they responded to an alarm at a vacant building and found 26-year-old Charles Pescatore.
They say he was taking coil from an air conditioning unit.
It just so happens Pescatore was at the site of two previous air conditioning copper thefts within the past few months, according to police.
Pescatore was arrested and charged with grand theft.
