The man convicted of killing Brevard County Deputy Barbara Pill more than two years ago will be back in court today for a Spencer Hearing.
It will allow lawyers from both sides to sway Judge Morgan Reinman’s decision whether to sentence Brandon Bradley to life in prison or death for Deputy Pill’s murder.
A jury found Bradley guilty April 1 and recommended a death sentence.
Judge Reinman will announce her decision at Bradley's sentencing hearing June 27.
