A hound who was attacked by a bear now has a new forever home.
Percival, a tri-color Treeing Walker Coonhound, was living in the woods when he was attacked. He was found with a gaping wound in his back and hemorrhaging behind one of his eyes. Lake County Animal Services workers cleaned him up.
When the Osenieks saw Percival on the news, they knew he would be a perfect addition to the family.
The family from Volusia County includes two kids and three dogs.
