Teachers continue to speak out against some proposed changes to the FCAT.

They're voicing concerns about promised pay increases, which they say haven't happened.

The teachers face two issues, the FCAT and their pay.

They don't believe it's fair to get paid based on their students FCAT performance.

They also argue they've been waiting for more than a year for a $2,400 increase and a new contract.

However, they haven't signed off on a new contract with the district so the money has been held back.

The union and district met Thursday at the Classroom Teachers Association headquarters.
