We're at the point in Florida's Gubernatorial campaign where it's becoming increasingly difficult for Charlie Crist and Rick Scott to raise money like they used to.

Many of their major donors are now tapped out, so they're moving to a second tier of donor -- people who don't have nearly as much money to give and have to be convinced in order to give it.

So both Crist and Scott are beginning the process of doing that convincing.

The Scott campaign is out with a new internal strategy memo arguing 'Team Scott' has knocked on more doors than 'Team Crist' and is better organized on the ground.

Meanwhile the Crist campaign is hyping a new video showing the former governor's encounter a couple of days ago with Lieutenant Governor Carlos Lopez-Cantera.

In the video, Lopez-Cantera looks clearly taken aback by Crist, who characteristically looks right at ease trying to say "hi" to an old friend, who, by the way, happens to be the right-hand man of his chief opponent come November.
