The second U.S. Army recruiter accused of having sex with a teen in Osceola County has bonded out of jail.

John Back, 33, was arrested Friday, Dec. 5 by the St. Joseph's County Sheriff's Office in Michigan. Deputies in Florida said Back and 30-year-old Christopher Doner allegedly had sex with a 17-year-old girl they met at Harmony High School.

Doner and Back worked in the Kissimmee Army recruiting office and frequently visited high schools to recruit.

The Osceola Sheriff's Office said the two men met the victim while visiting Harmony earlier this year. Deputies said over the next several months, the girl saw both men at different times. Each asked the victim to stop seeing the other recruiter, but she did not.

"She was having a relationship with both individuals at separate times. One of the individuals did find out about the other relationship and asked her to call if off, but she did not do that," said Twis Lizasuain from the Osceola County Sheriff's Office.

Deputies said in late November they brought Doner in for questioning and he cooperated. The sheriff's office said detectives attempted to meet with Back, but learned he had moved to Michigan in early December.

Doner was arrested and charged with 10 counts of unlawful sex with certain minors. He was released on bond Dec. 3.

Back was charged with two counts of unlawful sex with certain minors and released on $40,000 bond Sunday.
