A Lake County man is facing charges after police say he inappropriately touched a 15-year-old girl at a community center.
It happened Saturday night at a social gathering at the Leesburg Community Center.
The Leesburg Police Department said the girl was collecting tickets at the front door when 47-year-old Mark Brown walked in.
Investigators said he began asking her questions and reportedly touched her in inappropriate places.
She told her mother who then called police.
Brown now faces lewd and lascivious molestation on a victim under 16-years-old.
