SeaWorld Entertainment is cutting 311 positions across the company as part of the restructuring program announced Thursday.

The beleaguered theme park company is hoping to turn things around with a $50 million savings plan that includes these cuts.

SeaWorld said the job cuts will be spread over the 11 parks and the headquarters in Orlando. That includes SeaWorld, Busch Gardens, Discovery Cove and Aquatica.

SeaWorld could not break down what jobs or how many jobs would be cut per park.

The cuts are the latest change to come from SeaWorld. Thursday the company announced CEO Jim Atchison would step down last month.
