A Lake County man has been arrested, accused of pointing a pellet gun at a dad and his son.
Groveland Police charged Walter Wilkerson with aggravated assault with a firearm as a result of the incident.
On Monday, officers say Wilkerson confronted a boy and his father, saying the boy was throwing rocks at Wilkerson's business.
The confrontation became heated, and that's when police say Wilkerson pulled the gun.
When officers later questioned him, Wilkerson admitted to pointing the pellet gun at the two.
Police then arrested Wilkerson.
