A man found floating in a bubble off the east coast of Florida is safe after being rescued by the U.S. Coast Guard.

Officials received a report of the man floating in the inflatable plastic bubble last week.

They found him "disoriented" and asking about how to get to Bermuda.

The man originally refused help, but the Coast Guard still monitored him.

He was then rescued because of fatigue.

The man's website says that his goal is to run across about 200 nations as a way to promote world peace.
