Casselberry police chief Bill McNeil resigned Thursday, a day after allegations of misconduct occurred and today a law firm representing alleged victims say more victims are coming forward.

A letter from the law office of Burruezo and Burruezo outlines allegations against former Police Chief Bill McNeil.

It says McNeil abused his position of power and has made their clients fear for their safety.

The women all worked for the city at some point but in what capacity the attorneys wont say, to protect their privacy at this point.

The evidence the law firm says is significant and graphic. They allege McNeil sent nude photos to the victims, inappropriate text messages and videos of McNeil performing sexual acts. They said they have all of these messages.

These allegations came out the same day McNeil resigned. In his letter of resignation he said it was an honor to protect and serve the city of Casselberry for the past 26 years.

We talked with the spokeswoman for the city of Casselberry, who says they took action the second the allegations surfaced, but that no one has filed a formal complaint with the city.

"All they have is this letter, and unidentified individuals. The city has never received a formal complaint from any employee, not from the hr department or the police department," said Sara Brady.

During his time at the Casselberry Police Department McNeil had only one prior incident in his personnel file.

It happened just weeks ago in December. It was a written reprimand for McNeil, alleging that McNeil made threats at a Public Works employee.

No lawsuit has been filed but attorneys say one will be if they can not settle with the city soon.

We asked about an internal investigation, but we found out it was suspended because Chief McNeil resigned within hours of it being launched.

The two parties met Thursday, but we are told by attorneys nothing came out of the meeting.
