It’s that time of the year again when we get an extra hour of sleep and set our clocks back an hour as daylight saving time comes to an end.

Most of the country, with the exception of Hawaii and most of Arizona will revert to standard time this weekend as clocks move back an hour at 2 a.m. Sunday.

It’s also a good time to change the batteries in smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors.
