It's been one year since a Volusia County mother and her two children disappeared.
Yessenia Suarez and her children, Thalia and Michael Otto, are presumed dead, even though their bodies have not been found.
They were all last seen on Oct. 22, 2013, the same day Suarez’s husband Luis Toledo confronted and even slapped his wife at her work in Lake Mary.
Toledo has been charged in all three of their deaths.
Investigators said he confessed to killing his wife, but said someone else murdered the children.
Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty against him.
Toledo remains behind bars without bond.
