Marion County investigators have arrested a man, accused of breaking into a home, opening up a bag of lunchmeat and clogging the toilet before he left.

The Marion County Sheriff's Office says 21-year-old Stefen Egger bent the frame of a screen door to get inside the Summerfield home. Once inside he proceeded to eat a half a pack of ham valued at $9. Then police say he went to the homeowner's bathroom and clogged the toilet with feces.

Investigators say he also smoked a cigarette and logged onto the homeowner's computer before breaking a bedroom window and exiting the home.

Detectives say Egger admitted to the crime saying he was hungry and wanted to check his Facebook account.

His father responded to the victim's home and helped unclog the toilet.

Egger is charged with burglary, criminal mischief and petty theft. He's in the Marion County Jail on $15,500 bond.
