Daytona Beach Police have arrested a man they say had a "kit to kill" his wife.
Investigators said 29-year-old Tolga Miran was angry at his wife for wanting a divorce and was planning to kill her.
Officers said Miran had a knife, ropes and bleach with him when he was arrested.
He faces charges of aggravated stalking, according to police.
