A look of panic overtook some jurors Wednesday as they learned about sequestration for George Zimmerman trial.

Our courtroom reporter saw all 40 jurors in one room for the first time. They sat in three long rows together.

We realized that some of the jurors were questioned before the judge made her decision to sequester them for the trial.

One of the jurors, a young woman, had to ask what sequestration means.

As the judge and attorney explained it, you saw the look on their faces change. They asked questions about seeing family, time to make arrangements, and the ability to talk to their families on the phone.

A mother of two young sons sitting in the front row of the jury pool looked shocked as she learned what that would mean.

The judge explained they'll be in a hotel and have activities planned throughout the weekend, but several jurors did not look happy.

Opening statements may start Monday, kicking off two to four weeks of trial.
