A Volusia County woman is charged with battery after throwing a spoonful of peanut butter at her brother.
Deputies took 29-year-old Rachel Byrd into custody after getting into an argument with her brother, who is also her roommate.
The argument started when Byrd got mad because her brother's dog urinated in their living room.
That's when Byrd threw the peanut butter at his face and the dog bit her in the leg.
She was arrested, even though the brother said he didn't want to press charges.
