George Zimmerman has been arrested again following a disturbance call from Apopka, the Seminole County Sheriff's Office confirmed Monday.

Sheriff's officials said Zimmerman was arrested around 1 p.m. Monday after deputies responded to Topfield Court, in Apopka.

The Seminole County Sheriff's Office said Zimmerman was in an argument with his girlfriend, Samantha Schiebe. Deputies said during the argument, he broke a table, then pointed a shotgun at her. This is from the 911 call:

Schiebe: "He has his freaking gun, breaking all of my stuff right now... I'm doing this again?  You just broke my glass table, you just broke my sunglasses and you put your gun in my freaking face... get out of my house!  Do not push me out of my house! Are you kidding me?  He just pushed me out of my house and locked me out."

Zimmerman, however, claimed in the 911 call later on that he did not point is gun at her. From another 911 call:

Zimmerman: “Yes, it’s her house.  She’s got a 9mm I have my firearms, they’re… she was throwing my stuff out and one of the bags was one of my firearms... I never pulled a firearm, I never… displayed it… when I was packing I’m sure she saw it.  We keep it next to the bed. ”

Deputies said Zimmerman said he was trying to avoid a fight with Schiebe because she is pregnant with his child. However, Zimmerman's girlfriend told investigators that she is not pregnant.

Deputies said Schiebe gave them a key to open the door, and they were able to get inside. Zimmerman offered no resistance as he was arrested.

Deputies believe Zimmerman and the woman had been living together since August.

Zimmerman was charged with domestic violence, aggravated assault, battery and criminal mischief. He will be held without bond until his first appearance Tuesday, in a single person cell, away from the general population.

Monday's arrest was just the latest legal trouble for Zimmerman, who was acquitted in July of all charges in the fatal shooting of Trayvon Martin last year.

Zimmerman and his estranged wife, Shellie, were involved in a domestic dispute in September. Lake Mary Police said no charges would be filed against either of them because of a lack of evidence.

That earlier dispute took place just days after Shellie filed divorce papers. Police had hoped to get evidence from an iPad that Zimmerman allegedly smashed at his mother-in-law's Lake Mary home, but forensic examiners were unable to retrieve anything off the device.

Zimmerman's brother, Robert Zimmerman Jr., said his family did not have a statement on Monday's incident at this time.
