The case of Konrad Schafer, the Osceola County 15-year-old accused of murder, will head to trial in December.
Schafer will face first-degree murder and armed burglary with a firearm charges in court on Dec. 2. His pre-trial date is scheduled for Nov. 13.
Police said Schafer and three others robbed Eric Roopnarine at his Poinciana home on July 3. Police said Schafer stabbed Roopnarine after co-defendant David Damus shot him.
Schafer is also on trial for the murder of 17-year-old David Guerrero. Kissimmee police said Schafer shot Guerrero at a bus stop on June 26.
State Attorney Jeff Ashton is prosecuting the case against Schafer himself.
