Lawyers for Casey Anthony want there to be no mention of her murder trial when her civil case heads to court next year.
Her defense said the murder case isn't relevant to the defamation lawsuit Zenaida Gonzalez filed against Anthony.
Anthony told police that a nanny with that name kidnapped her daughter Caylee in 2008.
Investigators later figured out that person didn't exist, but Gonzalez said the incident hurt her reputation.
