The woman suing Casey Anthony for defamation has been released from the Orange County Jail.
Zenaida Gonzalez was arrested Friday night by the Florida Division of Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco.
She's facing one charge of selling or giving liquor to someone younger than 21.
Gonzalez posted $250 bond and was released just after 8 a.m. Saturday
Gonzalez is suing Anthony for defamation.
She said her life was ruined when Anthony used a similar name for the nanny, she originally told police kidnapped her daughter, Caylee.
The civil trial is scheduled to begin in January.
