Dr. Shamblin to speak at Sea Turtle Preservation Society’s monthly meeting

Dr. Brian Shamblin from the University of Georgia will be the speaker at this month’s Sea Turtle Preservation Society.

His discussion will focus on using generic tools to learn more about marine turtle demographics and behavior, along with a focus on loggerhead and green sea turtle nesting on Florida’s East Coast.

The meeting will be held at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 3 at the Melbourne Beach Community Center.

The meeting is open to the public.
