The city is preparing for another march and rally for Trayvon Martin, this time by the NAACP. The rally is being planned for Saturday morning starting at 8 a.m., with the rally beginning at 11 a.m.

There have been several rallies since Trayvon Martin, 17, was shot last month. Thousands have joined the rallies, including some national civil rights figures, all of them demanding the arrest of George Zimmerman, the man police say confessed to killing Martin in self-defense.

Details about the locations for this rally have not been finalized yet. The city of Sanford's website lists the location for the march as Crooms Academy of Information Technology. The city also listed several street closures.

From 8 a.m.:

  • 13th Street, from 17-92 to Lake Avenue
  • Persimmon Street from McCracken Road to 13th Street

From 11:am:

  • 13th Street, from 17-92 to Lake Avenue

While the rallies have drawn thousands of people, at least one popular business in Sanford say the rallies may actually be hurting his business.
