The civil case against Casey Anthony has been delayed.

Judge Lisa Munyon has granted a motion to continue the case versus Zenaida Gonzalez.

A pre-trial conference is set for Dec. 17 at 9:30 a.m.

The trial will begin Jan. 2, 2013.

During a hearing Monday, Munyon ruled Anthony's address will remain a secret.

Gonzalez's lawyers asked the judge to disclose her address so they could subpoena her to court for her civil trial.

However, Anthonys lawyers said they are worried about the safety for her and others.

Casey Anthony's exact location has remained a well-guarded secret since her release from jail in July 2011, after she was acquitted of her daughter's murder.

Charles Greene said he is now forced to carry a gun where ever he goes, due to threats made against him and his family.

Cheney Mason, Anthony's criminal attorney, also said threats were made against his family.

Gonzalez's civil case is not the only one Anthony is facing.

Texas EquuSearch is also suing Anthony for more than $100,000 they spent searching for Caylee in 2008, and said she knew her daughter was dead the entire time.
