Later this month, Oct. 30, attorneys for Casey Anthony are going to make their case as to why Casey's defamation trial should be moved out of Orange County.
Zenaida Gonzalez is suing Casey for defamation. Gonzalez claimed she was harassed and threatened after Casey came up with a fictitious nanny named “Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez,” also known as "Zanny the Nanny."
Casey accused the fictitious nanny of kidnapping her daughter, Caylee.
Gonzalez's lawyer said the motion for a change of venue is only an attempt by Casey to delay the trial.
