Pinellas Park police have arrested a man and charged him with 14 counts of video voyeurism.

John Phillip Gibbs, 49, of Largo was taken into custody Thursday.

Investigators said Gibbs put cameras in two women's restrooms of an office building where he worked as a maintenance employee.

Video recording devices were found above the ceiling tiles of the restrooms, police said.

The investigation started March 2, and 14 victims have been identified, according to police.

The building is located at 12360 66th Street North.

Authorities said anyone who has been in that building and thinks they may be a victim should call the Police Department at 727-369-7864.
