Attorneys for accused Seminole Heights killer Howell Donaldson III and state prosecutors met with a judge on Jan. 17 regarding search warrants.

Donaldson III was not in court for the hearing, during was convened over a request that search warrants issued in the case be unsealed.
Donaldson III, as well as his parents, are next due in court on Jan. 25.
In December, Donaldson III entered a not guilty plea to four counts of premeditated murder.
Police said Donaldson admitted to owning a gun of the same caliber that was loaded with the same kind of bullets used in all four murders.
Investigators also found blood stains on some of the clothes in his car. They also said cell phone location records put him at or near the scene of at least three of the four murders.
It remains unclear whether prosecutors will seek the death penalty in the case.
