A Polk County couple is now in trouble with the law after pretending to be the law, officials said.

  • Couple accused of pretending to be the law
  • Couple falsified documents on Polk Sheriff's Office letterhead
  • Marco Sullivan in custody, Martisha Wilson being sought

Marco Sullivan and Martisha Wilson falsified documents on the Polk County Sheriff’s Office letterhead, officials said.

The letter was intended for Sullivan’s employer—meant to help Sullivan keep his job while he was in jail.

Sheriff Grady Judd said there were two giveaways the letter was fake—they used a made up name and they used bad spelling and grammar.

Sullivan is being held without bond and deputies are searching for Wilson.
