From abused and abandoned, a little Chihuahua named CoffeeBean is now getting the love and affection he deserves. He also got to become an honorary LPD K9 for the day!

  • Chihuahua named CoffeeBean becomes honorary LPD K9
  • CoffeeBean was abused, abandoned in Miami
  • CoffeeBean has a Bucket List of adventures

CoffeeBean, a 17-year-old Chihuahua, who was severely neglected and abused, was abandoned at an intersection in Miami. Thankfully, he was rescued from the street and now has a loving home with Tiffany and Danny Hutto. Their only goal is to make sure he experiences the love every dog should.

The Lakeland Police Department posted on their Facebook page saying the Hutto's made a Bucket List for CoffeeBean so that he can catch up on some of the adventures he most likely has missed out on.

Lakeland PD were happy to help with that list by making CoffeeBean an honorary LPD K9 for the day. Along with a new badge and treats, CoffeeBean got to check out the K9 vehicle and met K9 Nox.

CoffeeBean even received a "bone to the city" from Lakeland City Manager Tony Delgado, checked a fire truck at Lakeland Fire Department, and enjoyed a cool treat at Harry's Seafood Bar & Grille.

Lakeland PD said, "Good Luck CoffeeBean and thank you Tiffany and Danny for showing unconditional love to this special little guy."
