UPDATE: (12 P.M.) - Officials have reported that the missing 6-year-old girl has been found safe. Naphtalia Joseph was located at a nearby church, unharmed.

Winter Haven Police are searching for a missing 6-year-old girl who was dropped off for school at the corner of Havendale Blvd. and 26th St. NW Friday morning just before 8 a.m. 

Police said the girl, Naphtalia Joseph, did not report to Garner Elementary School and has not been seen since.

Joseph is a black female, wearing a pink shirt, blue jeans, and has braided hair with red and white beads in the braids. Police also said she speaks Creole. 

Anyone who may know where Naphtalia Joseph is, is asked to call 911 immediately.
