Pasco County sheriff's deputies have confirmed a second hole has opened near the sinkhole that swallowed a car in front of a Holiday trailer Monday.

No buildings are affected and the hole - about the same size as the first one - is on private property. No additional evacuations have been ordered.

The holes are about 10 feet wide and 10 feet deep.

The first hole opened beneath the driveway at 1728 Torch Drive and threatens the trailer there and other properties.

Officials said they believe both sinkholes are associated with a larger, older sinkhole.
