A man has been charged in the homicide case in which a man's headless body was found outside a Kissimmee auto shop business.

Kissimmee Police detectives have charged Angel Luis Olmeda-Rivera, 44, with murder. He was already in the Osceola County Jail on burglary charges, they said.

Additionally, the victim in the case has been identified, but because detectives haven't notified relatives, his name is not yet being released, they said.

The man's body was found by a worker March 14 outside of an auto shop near the intersection of East Donegan Avenue and Old Dixie Highway.

Detectives now want to talk to two men seen briefly interacting with Olmeda-Rivera around the time the homicide occurred, who they're calling witnesses. Anyone who recognizes these men and can provide more information about them is urged to call Kissimmee Police at 407-846-3333, email seeitsayit@kissimmee.org or contact Crimeline anonymously at 1-800-423-TIPS.
