As the day continues in Manchester, England, people are trying to come to grips with the horrific explosion that killed 22 and injured 19 people at an Ariana Grande concert.

And many are leaning on social media as they try to locate their loved ones.

The fan base for Grande is a mostly young demographic, so many of the people involved are children and teenagers. Some were at the concert without parents, leaving families frantically searching for answers. People have been using the hashtag #ManchesterMissing to spread pictures of their lost loved ones online.

Facebook has activated its safety check feature so you can see if anyone you know was in the affected area and if they're safe.

The Greater Manchester Police have also issued a number to call for people concerned about their loved ones to call. That number is: 0161 856 9400.
