City police said Saturday that a man punched by an Uber driver during an argument has died from his injuries.

The incident happened Thursday night after driver Kabir O'Farril Diaz, 38, picked up passenger Terry Lynn Kimball, 56.
Police said the men started arguing about the route the driver was taking.
Diaz pulled over at a convenience store on 58th Street North and the men had a "physical confronation," police said.
The driver punched Kimball, who was taken to a hospital.
Investigators said Diaz has cooperated with the investigation. No charges have been filed.
