Here's your Tampa area weather forecast for late Monday into Tuesday, with a look at conditions through Christmas Day.

The cooler pattern we had last week is long gone, as predicted, and now we’ll be in a warmer pattern.

Skies will go between mostly clear and partly cloudy into early Tuesday morning. Fog will be the main issue for the morning as it will be thick in some spots.

Lows will be in the 60s for most areas, but upper 50s for Citrus and Hernando counties.

The fog will burn off, giving way to a sunny afternoon. Temperatures will be warm, topping out in the low to mid 80s.

Tuesday night will be mostly clear to partly cloudy with areas of fog again.

Lows will be in the upper 50s to 60s.

Wednesday will be partly cloudy to mostly sunny. Highs will be in the upper 70s to low 80s.

There will be a front that comes close to us on Thursday, but it will fall just short of moving through, so it won’t really have any impact on our temperatures.

It appears the next big cool down will likely wait until just after Christmas day.
