An Atlas V rocket launch originally scheduled for next Tuesday has been pushed back a day.

The United Launch Alliance rocket is carrying NASA's Tracking and Data Relay Satellite-K (TDRS-K)

The rocket was originally scheduled to blast off from Cape Canaveral Air Force Station on Tuesday, Jan. 29.

NASA has delayed the launch  to allow technicians additional time to replace an Ordnance Remote Control Assembly (ORCA), which gives an anomalous signal indication before planned ordnance connections.

The TDRS-K is now scheduled for Wednesday, Jan. 30. The launch window runs from 8:48 p.m. to 9:28 p.m.

The Launch Readiness Review is scheduled for Monday, Jan. 28. The Atlas rocket will roll out to the launch pad after the review.
